Architectural Review: Reviews existing rules found in Glen Allen's documents and proposes modifications as needed; monitors compliance with and enforcements of architectural control provisions; reviews applications by homeowners for architectural alterations and additions.

Grounds and Maintenance: Develops guidelines and standards for the use and maintenance of common areas; compiles and follows up on complaints; monitors the performance of maintenance activities.

Hospitality: Welcomes new residents to the community; plans and hosts community-wide activities and get-togethers.

Newsletter: Informs residents of issues relating to covenants, laws, and events affecting the community and of community activities and programs.

Neighborhood Watch: Develops guidelines for and coordinates community action concerning neighborhood security
